4. Orders and Payment
- All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods
- Orders are confirmed upon successful payment or COD acknowledgement
- Products are subject to availability and prices may change without notice
- Delivery fees may apply based on your location and order value
5. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume
- You must provide a correct delivery address and be available to receive your order
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may result in order cancellation
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled before processing begins
- Once processing has started, cancellation is at our discretion
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 working days
- Complaints about product quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

- Points have no cash value and are non-transferable
