4. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment or COD acknowledgement

Products are subject to availability and prices may change without notice

Delivery fees may apply based on your location and order value

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume

You must provide a correct delivery address and be available to receive your order

Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may result in order cancellation

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before processing begins

Once processing has started, cancellation is at our discretion

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 working days

Complaints about product quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

7. Loyalty Program

Points are earned on completed orders and can be redeemed for discounts

Points have no cash value and are non-transferable

Abuse promotional codes or exploit system vulnerabilities

Harass delivery partners or staff

Submit fraudulent orders or payment information
